Great things are achieved with a great team. Having a support network throughout the various aspects of your life enables you to focus on what you do best but also to stay healthier for longer. Indeed, the size of your social support network is inversely proportional to your risk of death [1].

It’s never too late to curate your support networks; from friends, family and peers, through to more professional support such as your medical team. Being able to depend on your network creates a resilience that enables you to continue to function at the top level when things get tough. That’s why in our programmes, we aim to be there for you, to deepen your physical and cognitive reserves and come out stronger.
